Mike Viox
President, EMCOR Facilities Services
Value Delivered
As president, Mike's goal is — and always has been — to build a company that is the premier supplier of facility management, maintenance, and construction services. Under his leadership, Mike was integral in building Viox Services, Inc. from a small contracting business into one of the top facilities management firms in the Midwest. Building on that expertise, Mike is now taking that vision and guiding EMCOR Facilities Services to be the premier facilities supplier in the nation.
Expertise
To learn the business from the ground up, Mike worked with his father as a carpenter for 10 years in the Viox Services business. Mike has also held positions in project management and site management on the Procter & Gamble Co. account. Prior to taking the helm of Viox Services as president in 1992, he was vice president of the mechanical division. Mike was appointed to President of EMCOR Facilities Services in 2009, where he plans and directs all aspects of the organization’s operational policies, objectives and initiatives.
He is Chairman of the board of directors and executive committee for People Working Cooperatively, a non profit agency devoted to keeping elderly and disabled persons in their homes by providing emergency repairs and weatherization services. In addition, Mike is Chairman of the board of trustees for Roger Bacon High School and is vice president of the St. Bernard Community Involvement Corporation.
He is also a member of the St. Clement Parish Finance Commission.
