Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPS)

The Comprehensive Professional Energy Services BPA offers a streamlined approach to contract management. Specifically designed to meet the federal government’s energy conservation requirements, it features built-in reporting requirements, performance metrics, and quality assurance plans.

EMCOR Group has locations in all 11 GSA regions and is authorized to do work through the GSA under all 11 SINs for energy services. Now, if several facilities within or among GSA regions need multiple services, they can access them all through one convenient, single source.
