EMCOR installed electrical power and lighting for the 68,000 square foot Microsoft facility, which covers 2.5 floors and consists of 9 state-of-the-art conference rooms, multiple training centers and showrooms, including Microsoft's envision center.
The scope of work included installation of electrical and technical systems for power distribution and lighting control. We also installed raceways for A/V, tele/data and security systems. Our scope of work also included installation of a custom dimming system in a 2,500 square foot mini-theatre theatre to control the theatrical fixtures, neon color integrated LED's, and cold cathode lighting that illuminates Microsoft's multiple vignette's.
