During his years with Arthur Andersen LLP, Mark gained extensive accounting, audit, and business advisory experience with large publicly traded multinational enterprises in a broad array of industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, distribution and professional services.

Throughout his career, Mark advised clients and

assisted with acquisitions, divestitures and public financing transactions. By combining this background with over 10 years in the commercial construction and facilities services industries, Mark helps secure EMCOR's financial stability, while maintaining its leadership among Fortune 500® companies.

Holder of a bachelor's degree from Pace University, Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Connecticut State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Financial Executives International. He has also spoken at E&Y Engineering and Construction conferences.
