Applying a broad spectrum of management and finance experience, Kevin is responsible for operational excellence in the following areas: Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Integrated Services, Safety & Quality, and Marketing. Fostering optimal performance, coordination and leveraging resources and efficiencies within these departments is critical to the support of our client endeavors. For the last 15 years, he has been instrumental in developing and structuring the Company's M&A program.

In addition, Kevin manages EMCOR's relationships with the investor community. EMCOR, a global leader in mechanical and electrical construction, energy and facilities services, is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and trades under the symbol EME.

Further, as a member of EMCOR's executive team, Kevin is involved in all aspects of strategy setting and policy formation.

Expertise

Kevin joined the Company in 1993 as Staff Vice President-Finance, and has had various executive positions, including Vice President and Treasurer.

Prior to EMCOR, Kevin was Treasurer of Sprague Technologies, Inc. an international manufacturer of electrical components and semiconductors.

He holds a graduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and bachelor's degrees from Drew University.

Kevin enjoys physical fitness and spending time with his family and two children. He is also active within his community and with philanthropic initiatives.
