Facilities Management and Maintenance Services
EMCOR provided building operations and facilities maintenance service for the Malcolm Grow Hospital and 21 other medical support buildings at Andrews Air Force Base in Camp Springs, Maryland.
EMCOR provided full service facilities management and maintenance on all HVAC systems and equipment, elevators, life safety, fire detection, and security systems, and kitchen equipment at the facilities, as well as some grounds maintenance.
We also provided facility preventive maintenance services for emergency generators, the electrical distribution system, medical gas, the building envelope, plumbing, nurse call, and morgue.
