A Top U.S. University

Challenge: To relocate its College of Law closer to the center of campus while conserving water.

 

Result: EMCOR designed innovative solutions for everyday uses of the facilities. The university saw a 39% reduction in water usage.

A West Coast Tribal Nation Hotel/Casino

Challenge: To provide a fully stand-alone energy and electrical system that would keep their operations humming with or without the state's power grid.

 

Result: EMCOR designed, built, and is now operating a 14-megawatt central utility plant and a combined heat and power facility to satisfy all HVAC, hot water and electrical requirements for the complex.
