Challenge: Recapture historic integrity, while fulfilling modern functional needs and meeting life safety, security and fire suppression requirements.

 

Result: The facility's tight spaces were accommodated with creatively designed HVAC and electrical systems, installed with

complete fire alarms and suppression systems, with heads sensitively located so as not to obstruct the historic spaces.

Washington D.C. Condo Complex

Challenge: To ensure that the facility's custom-designed and built electrical systems would meet the new building's emergency power, safety, and security needs.

 

Result: A rooftop-mounted 300-kW generator set that provides essential emergency power, as well as power for a life safety/fire alarm system.
