Non-Profit Rehabilitation Service for the Sight-Impaired
Challenge: Their current system was not keeping pace with its needs.

 

Result: EMCOR worked with the client to ensure that a new system was not only properly engineered and constructed to improve indoor air quality and system control, but was also suited for use by people with visual and other physical challenges, such as "talking thermostats" with audible set up instructions.

Commercial Client

Challenge: To reduce its fuel costs and maximize its energy dollars across six properties.

 

Result: We used months of hard data on HVAC system performance that demonstrated how new variable frequency (VF) drives could boost efficiency and save fuel. In addition, the VF drives could, if desired, be controlled remotely by EMCOR's 24-hour Knowledge and Response Center to adjust power consumption based on occupancy.
