The global list is the first outsourcing industry-wide benchmark for overall outsourcing excellence.
Companies were ranked according to eighteen criteria, including revenue growth, number of employees, skills and training their workforce, number of technical and business certifications they have secured, the track record of the management team, and quality of customer service. The list has been published in a special advertising feature in the April 3 issue of Fortune magazine.
