Chris oversees the Facilities Knowledge Center’s technology implementation, enabling it to help clients, technical staff, and account teams better manage, monitor, and maintain today’s high-performance facilities. In addition to ensuring an effective working relationship between the Facilities Knowledge Center and field technicians, he maintains the accuracy of the center’s service provider database, keeps technicians’ technology training up to date, delivers benefits-oriented account activity information to account teams, and provides clients with the timely information they need to make appropriate facilities decisions.

 

Expertise

Chris joined EMCOR as a customer service representative during the Facilities Knowledge Center’s early years, and quickly worked his way up to management of the technical staff.  As the center’s technology has grown and become more complex, Chris’s technical expertise has expanded to incorporate a wide range of applications, increasing the FKC team’s ability to meet its clients ever-evolving challenges.  At the same time, his intuitive grasp of technology and his ability to analyze processes enables him to coordinate activities among multiple organizations, while continually smoothing work procedures and making them more responsive to the needs of clients and staff alike.

 

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in multimedia design from the University of Advancing Technology and is a member of the Independent Game Developers Association.

Married with one child, Chris enjoys playing video games, golfing, watching movies, doing photography, and reading.
