Under Sue’s leadership, the Facilities Knowledge Center’s supplier management program helps clients effectively maintain the high-performance facilities they need for success in today’s tough competitive environment. To achieve this, she and her staff confirm that clients’ work orders are completed to the center’s rigorous standards and that suppliers’ invoices are paid accurately and on time. In addition, she reviews and approves all appropriate quotes and oversees the monthly account reporting process. She also does on-site training to help clients better understand supplier management procedures, participates in client presentations, and works with sourcing managers to identify high-quality service providers.
Expertise
Prior to joining EMCOR, Sue spent six years with a general contractor as accounts payable/accounts receivable manager. She came to EMCOR as an administrator in the supplier management department and was made the department’s operations manager two years later.
Sue brings to her position strong people, organizational, and team-building skills that enable her to interface successfully with clients, contractors, and staff. A skilled multi-tasker, she moves expertly among a diverse range of projects. At the same time, she is always seeking to apply her department’s people, processes, and technology in ways that provide maximum satisfaction to clients and suppliers alike.

Married with two children, Sue is active in her church, an enthusiastic baseball spectator, and an avid reader.
