Jerry leads a consulting team that helps clients operate over 3,000 elevators more safely, efficiently and cost effectively. Together, Jerry and his staff negotiate and oversee master service agreements with major elevator maintenance providers. They also assist architects and building owners with elevator modifications and upgrades.

Expertise

During his more than 40 years in the business, Jerry has acquired extensive elevator industry experience, both in the United States and abroad. From his initial position as a field mechanic for Otis Elevator, he rose quickly to corporate management positions, where he was involved in designing safety systems and processes. He also performed safety audits in Asia, Europe and Canada. In addition, he managed a team that produced training manuals and evaluated companies prior to their acquisition by Otis. When the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore field offices needed to improve their business plans and service delivery, Jerry developed service, sales and field forces that made the region first in safety, sales and maintenance in North America.

The Personal Side

Jerry is married and has two grown children. In his spare time, he likes to play golf and travel.
