EMCOR GROUP, INC. NAMES THOM SELLARS VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER OF EMCOR SERVICES MIDWEST
Elmhurst, IL – June 6, 2006 – Thom Sellars has been named Vice President and General Manager of EMCOR Services Midwest, one of Chicagoland’s leading mechanical contractors and facilities maintenance service providers.
With offices in Illinois and Wisconsin, the company is a subsidiary of EMCOR Group, Inc., a Fortune 500® leader in mechanical and electrical construction, energy infrastructure and facilities services for a diverse range of businesses globally.
In his new position, Mr. Sellars is responsible for further enhancing the Company’s strength and capabilities in the marketplace, including developing EMCOR Services Midwest’s overall growth strategy, ensuring continued and unparalleled service, developing of state-of-the-art technology, and participating in new business development activities.

Mr. Sellars began his career in the United States Air Force, where he started as an apprentice boilermaker and worked his way up to become a Chief Master Sergeant. After winning the Air Combat Command’s Outstanding Civil Engineering Manager award in 1996, and 20 years of military service, he returned to civilian life, joining Carrier Corporation where he held positions of increasing responsibility, before joining EMCOR in 2005. He remains an active Air Force reservist and is currently assigned to McConnell Air Force Base as Deputy Chief of Operations.
