EMCOR's CEM (Certified energy Manager), PE (Professional Engineering), and LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) accredited experts provide environmentally friendly approaches to construction, site planning, materials, building upgrades, and energy use.

Simple-Cycle Shaping Generation

We are experts in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of multi-fuel engine-generator based simple-cycled applications operating in the intermediate/peak load generation segment -- typically 500 to 2,000 hours per year. These electricity-generating plants efficiently follow load demands and serve as backup for other plants.

Green Generation

Our expertise includes a broad range of environmentally friendly alternatives for power generation. including photovoltaics, fuel cells, biomass, and biofuels fired generation. we have designed, installed, and provided ongoing maintenance services for many installations across North America.

Cogeneration

Cogeneration uses commercially proven generating and waste heat recovery technologies to produce electricity and heat from a single fuel source. Today's efficient technologies allow a smaller footprint, and use less fuel to produce more energy with significantly reduced emissions.

Management and Consulting

EES provides a broad range of evaluation, consultative, program management and feasibility services designed to save energy and reduce costs. Efficiency services include technical and economic evaluations of concepts and existing systems, site investigations, energy audits to evaluate costs and energy use, pre-construction services, program management, and turnkey services for alternative applications.

Infrastructure Operations & Maintenance

We provide comprehensive 24/7/365 operational and maintenance services for integrated, stand0-alone facilities such as high-pressure boilers, chillers, power plants, and cogeneration systems. EES also manages daily operating routines such as equipment startup and shutdown, water treatment, operating limit testing, administration duties, normal plant housekeeping, and other services.

Industrial/District and Central Utility Plants

EES can provide turnkey development, design, construction, and rehabilitation of boiler and boiler-related projects, and chillers, cooling towers, pumping systems and distribution networks for Central utility Plants.

Waste-to-Energy

This process utilizes municipal, agricultural, and industrial waste and focuses on separating and burning the waste as a fuel source for steam or power. EES had a number of projects that focus on the extraction, cleaning, and concentration of methane gas to serve the transportation and wholesale natural gas markets.

Peaking Generation

EES provides turnkey EPC services for turbine-based peak shaving and intermediate applications. Full life-cycle services are available, including financing, operations, maintenance, and specialty support services.
