Value Delivered
As part of the Operations team, Debra is responsible for the overall management of the Quality Assurance Program. She maintains all of the ISO databases and documentation including the Business Continuity Plan, coordinates management review meetings, performs internal audits, and analyzes customer survey results and quality objectives. She follows up on all surveys to ensure that customer recommendations and/or concerns are addressed. Debra manages the Global PMA estimating databases for all EMCOR companies. She sets up new companies with the database, conducts training for new employees, and troubleshoots problems. Debra generates monthly sales and operations reports and publishes an internal newsletter for employees. Debra also coordinates all company functions including summer picnics, holiday parties, and customer seminars.
 
Expertise
Debra spent several years working at Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. where she worked in the Land Development department providing Customer Service to clients and administrative support to employees. She later went on to work at Harvard School of Dental Medicine in the Resource Development department where she coordinated alumni receptions and reunions and maintained the alumni database. Debra has been with CommAir/BALCO since June of 2000.
 
Debra earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and child development from Tufts University in 1998. She has attended quality management seminars conducted by EMCOR Facilities Services and has received an OSHA 10 training certificate.
 
The Personal Side
Debra likes spending time with her family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys outside activities, watching sporting events, attending concerts, and going to the beach. She also loves traveling to new places.
