Kevin’s understanding and appreciation for this marketplace enables him to introduce highly effective and efficient new services and programs that consistently drive operational excellence and cost savings for both EMCOR and its customers. He applies a broad range of expertise from mature to start up businesses from business development to operational management working with a variety of industries. He attributes much of his success to his knowledge of the industry, attention to detail in analyzing operations, proactive marketing approaches, and aggressive staff selection and development.
Kevin began his career working for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He then joined Johnson Controls, Inc. where he broadened his management experience and added depth to his knowledge of managing buildings for maximum performance. He was predominantly involved in developing and operating Johnson’s U.S. Integrated Facility Management business.
Kevin received an associate's degree in mechanical systems technology from Northeast Institute of Industrial Technologies and completed the Electromechanical Engineering Program at Massasoit Community College. To further build on his operational expertise, Kevin has completed various training and certification programs.
