Jeff is responsible for managing the development of solutions to meet client electric and thermal energy requirements. In addition, he handles the selection and procurement of major equipment systems and for the detail design of such projects.
Expertise
Jeff is able to draw from over 30 years engineering experience in a wide range of projects, with specialization in industrial, chemical and power plant construction. While at EE&T, he has built extensive expertise in the industrial, university, and hospitality industries. He brings experience in the redevelopment of large steam and chilled water production facilities and combined heat and power initiatives. He has managed complex energy projects, responsible for project development, specification, design documents, and for overseeing coordination with construction. Jeff builds strong value-added relationships by working directly with his clients, focused on their business objectives.
Jeff brings expertise in negotiating agreements with electrical utilities, gas utilities, and power systems equipment manufacturers that his clients can leverage. His clients, on a regular basis, also leverage his experience in design-build. In fact, he has led a variety of programs and projects including: Commercial Laundries, District Heating & Cooling, Industrial Chilled Water Facility Renovation, Tile Manufacture and Cogeneration Power. Jeff also led a large ambulatory surgical center project and major casino/hotel renovation.
He holds a master's of business administration degree in management from New York University and a bachelor's of science degree in chemical engineering from The Cooper Union. He is an active member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
