Expertise
Paul brings over 19 years of experience in energy engineering and program management to his clients and team. He specializes in developing, negotiating, managing and implementing large complex energy-efficiency programs from concept through completion. He has managed all phases of energy-efficiency projects, from analysis through construction, including contract negotiation, project development, financial analysis, system and equipment specification, and design document preparation. Leveraging his vast experience and knowledge, Paul also develops EMCOR's corporate and implementation strategies, as well as tracking and reporting procedures.
He holds an A.T.A. degree with a specialization in commercial energy management. He is an Association of Energy Engineers certified procurement professional and a registered professional engineer (mechanical) in the state of Oregon. The United States Green Building Council has designated him a LEED-accredited professional.
