Wayne is responsible for the quality delivery of strategic construction projects, leveraging his vast expertise in both electrical and mechanical engineering.

Expertise

Drawing on 22 years of experience in the specialty construction industry, Wayne has orchestrated numerous complex construction services projects for our clients.  He has been a senior sales engineer and project manager for NEMSI since 1995.

Showcased, as an example of one of the finest 2004 Design-Build initiatives in the commercial HVAC market, was a project in which Wayne and the NEMSI team played an integral role.  Wayne led our team in the construction of a 160,000 square foot office, research, production, and warehouse facility for one of the nation’s largest full service direct mail marketing companies.  He was personally involved in all cost, estimating, procurement and project management, while acting as our primary client interface. 

Wayne started his career studying engineering at Western New England College.  From there he went to work for a northern California energy conservation engineering firm where he honed his skills.  After several years he made the transition to the construction side of the HVAC industry and returned to New England in 1988 to expand his expertise in HVAC.

The Personal Side

Wayne enjoys spending time with his family outside of the work environment.
