Jeff is responsible for identifying and providing oversight to implement operational best practices across the entire EMCOR Mobile Services portfolio. Many of these initiatives are focused on improving the on time delivery of quality services to customers. As part of this responsibility, Jeff works closely with all of the mobile service companies to improve and enhance performance in customer service, technology usage, safety, and training. Jeff is also responsible for developing strategies to service national accounts, which includes uniting many of EMCOR’s resources around the country. In addition, Jeff works very closely with his team of experts to ensure that we focus on helping customers reduce owning and operating costs by employing the latest technologies to optimize the use of their mechanical systems.

Expertise

Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Since 1984, he has held several positions with BALCO - now known as EMCOR Services Northeast - including Service Coordinator, Operations Manager, and General Manager before assuming the role of President in 2001. In 2006 he was promoted to Vice President of Operations for EMCOR Facilities Services (EFS) - Mobile Services Group, headquartered in Arlington, VA., which is comprised of 14 companies across the U.S. and Canada.

Jeff is a graduate of the New England Institute of Technology and holds an HVAC technician license, as well as refrigeration contractor licenses in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In addition, he has an M.B.A. in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Management from Lesley University. Jeff is an active member in several industry associations including the Mechanical Service Contractors of America.

The Personal Side

Jeff enjoys learning and spends most of his spare time as a returning adult student, most recently completing his MBA. After a short break, he plans to continue his education. When he is not studying, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and fresh water fishing.
