As a technical engineering leader, Tony is responsible for managing sophisticated monitoring, control and data acquisition system projects.  His specific responsibilities include:  scheduling, procurement, coordination of work, and management of the KDC and Dynalectric project teams.  He ensures each project consistently meets or exceeds our client’s expectations. 

 

Expertise

With more than 10 years in the industry, Tony has a rich knowledge of process and control systems, with focus in the pharmaceutical market.  Some of the projects that illustrate his project management expertise include:

 

  • The rAHF Expansion at Baxter Biotech Group where the instrumentation and control system for a 32 vessel biotech manufacturing systems was implemented (2700 I/O)
  • A dairy processing system at Santee Dairies that comprised a monitoring and control system of HTST, Blending, CIP,  & Filling operations (4500 I/O)
  • Process and HVAC turnkey systems for Amgen’s first fully validated building – a Modicon PLC based system was implemented (950 I/O)
  • A critical cleanroom monitoring and control system for Vandenberg Air Force Base that comprised GE Fanuc PLCs and Wonderware HMI (460 I/O)
  • A Pilot Plant monitoring and control system for Amgen comprised of a Fisher-Rosemount RS3 based automated batching and control system of Bioreactors, Fermenters, Purification and Buffer as well as Media Prep Optics

 

Tony holds a Process Control Certificate and Process Instrumentation Certificate.
