Craig ensures project delivery that consistently meets clients' most demanding requirements and highest expectations. In addition to managing the company's day-to-day business operations, he oversees conceptual design, project budgeting and cost control, pre-construction services, contract negotiations and labor/management issue resolution. A natural leader and an effective business manager, he has been instrumental in creating a corporate culture of integrity and discretion in an industry where those characteristics are often hard to find.
Expertise
Craig has more than 32 years of electrical contracting experience. After completing his electrical apprenticeship, he worked his way up through the ranks, managing design/build, design/assist, traditional and other project delivery methods in virtually every market sector. The result is electrical construction expertise that is both broad and deep in such areas as estimating, fast-track project management, job cost control and tracking, labor and general trade management, layout, and material and equipment procurement.
Holder of a Colorado master electrician's license, Craig has completed the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers' (IBEW) apprenticeship and code of excellence programs, the National Electrical Contractors Association's (NECA) level 1 electrical project supervision training, and the United States Green Building Council's (USGBC) LEED-accreditation program. In addition, he maintains his executive skills by attending FMI executive and project management courses, as well as the annual EMCOR Senior Management Conference.
