Value Delivered
Dana supports the company's quality services and expert capabilities with a wide range of prospects throughout the region. In addition to her ongoing networking activities, she represents the company at various marketing-related events, prepares marketing materials for each of the company's nine offices statewide, and coordinates activities that help each office effectively position itself and the company for growth. She also identifies new and innovative ways to streamline the company's business development efforts to achieve maximum effectiveness.
Expertise
For nine years, Dana worked in the southern California real estate and facilities market, where she gained a wealth of sales and business development expertise. After time in the elevator and escalator equipment services business, she moved into business development with an international consulting firm that specialized in existing and new construction building services, an experience that prepared her well for her current position.
Dana is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Orange County, BOMA Greater Los Angeles, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Orange County, the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Orange County, the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) Southern California, the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE). Within these organizations, she is an active and energetic committee member, a factor that led to her selection as the BOMA Orange County 2001 associate member of the year.
Dana holds a dual bachelor's degree in marketing and international studies from Indiana University.
The Personal Side
Dana enjoys the outdoors and is a dedicated marathon runner. She ran her first marathon through the City of Hope's Marathon Training Program to raise money for cancer research. The run was in memory of her loving grandmother, who lost her battle with cancer in 2001.
