Value Delivered

Heather is the driving force behind the Comunale's consistently high-quality service to national accounts. Since starting the National Accounts Division in 1996, she has combined quality, commitment and cost effectiveness with innovative and resourceful account management to build the division's reputation for unparalleled client service. She also oversaw software development for the firm's customer relationship management system, CRM On Demand, which has played a significant role in improving client communication and attention to client requirements. In addition to her national account duties, she works closely with the vice president of service and inspection on special projects.

Expertise
Heather started her career in fire protection with S.A. Comunale in 1994. Since then, she has specialized in service and inspections for national accounts. In addition to developing operating procedures and processes for serving these accounts, she ensures around-the-clock emergency service to clients across the country. Her sense of urgency, professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction won her an "Employee of the Month" award in 2001.

Heather has attended numerous fire protection courses and seminars, including those conducted by Oklahoma State University, Viking Corporation, Tyco Fire Products and the National Fire Sprinkler Association.  She also regularly represents the company at annual and quarterly conferences of the Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association (PRSM).
