Prior to joining the company, he was president of a construction data management consulting firm and treasurer of a commercial general construction company. Highly regarded in the field of construction accounting, he has an extraordinary understanding of the industry's critical financial functions.
 
Howard holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Colorado State University. He keeps his expertise up to date through annual participation in EMCOR's chief financial officer and human resources educational programs.
