Ron's responsibilities as part of the Operations team are to provide our customers with quality customer service, to meet our customers' requirements, to build strong relationships that ensure repeat business and referrals, and to perform our work in a prompt and efficient manner. Ron works directly with our field service technicians and our sales department to coordinate requests for services from our customers.

He has been in the service industry since 1970. He has held positions in branch office management, service management, and customer relations management in consumer service and commercial service. He has been employed by CommAir/BALCO since May of 1990.
Ron holds an associate's degree in business administration from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He served in the United States Armed Forces in Vietnam and is an active member of the American Legion.

In his spare time, Ron enjoys playing golf and working outdoors around the house. He likes watching NASCAR races, the Boston Red Sox, and the New England Patriots. He also performs volunteer work for the American Legion.
