He develops strategic initiatives, guides sound tactical implementation, and establishes the company's future direction. He also oversees day-to-day operations at the company's offices in San Francisco and San Jose/Silicon Valley, enabling them to meet the challenges presented by their very diverse marketplaces.

Expertise

With over 30 years in the business, Ron's passion for the construction industry goes back to his childhood days, when he often worked with his father. After studying electrical engineering at the University of Santa Clara, Ron completed his electrical apprenticeship at the top of his class.

A journeyman-level electrician since 1979, Ron served as a foreman and general foreman before becoming a project manager in 1991. Prior to joining Dynalectric as a project executive, he was a group executive and later president, of a major West Coast contractor. His extensive experience includes supervision of approximately 15-million square feet of buildings for Cisco Systems and other organizations in the San Jose/Silicon Valley area.

Ron has been a member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) since 1995, where he has held various committee positions. In addition, he is a member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the San Francisco Electrical Contractors Association (SFECA),

The Personal Side

Ron and his wife Tanis have three children – Ronnie, Danny, and Chris. His hobbies include waterskiing, traveling and remodeling.
