Terry has more than 18 years of HVAC industry experience with United Technologies-Carrier Corporation. During that time, he moved steadily into roles of increasing responsibility. As regional general manager for Carrier Service's South Central Region, he led a successful $100-million service business with 16 offices in seven states. His experience in managing a wide range of professionals at multiple sites while integrating acquisitions has prepared him to add significant value in his current post.

Terry holds a bachelor's in public accounting from Mercy College and a master's in business administration with a specialty in corporate financial management from Pace University.

The Personal Side
Terry enjoys spending his leisure time with his wife, Lisa, and their two boys, Daniel and Alex. He also likes investing, golf and getting involved in activities with his sons.
