Bristol-Myers Squibb, HOPEWELL, NJ

VALUE DELIVERED

More effective facilities maintenance, more disciplined facilities management, and more cost-effective facilities services.

OBJECTIVES
To outsource a full range of maintenance services for its 1.3-million-square-foot research and development facility.

SOLUTIONS
Fluidics provides a single-source facilities maintenance solution that allows the client to efficiently maintain its facilities, including research laboratories, a computer center, and large utility systems, while remaining focused on its core business activities. To achieve this, Fluidics provides 48 mechanics/operators supported by a project management team consisting of site
managers, planner schedulers, a maintenance and operations project engineer, and a complete administrative staff. Together, they meet the client’s demanding standards for responsive, highquality operations, maintenance, renovation, and construction services.

Fluidics’ involvement has been a key factor in the campus’s expansion, which will eventually include a co-generation plant and an additional 900,00 square feet of research space, as well as a vivarium, clean room, and data center.
