Steven Rosenberg leads a finance team that helps deliver advanced methods, technology, and expertise to every project by applying EMCOR's stability and scale. Steve and his team negotiate the most efficient purchasing deals and pricing with manufacturers, suppliers and labor. In addition, the team can work with clients to develop and manage flexible billing arrangements based on individual budgets.
Expertise
Steve joined Forest in 1987. He began his career in the electrical contracting industry in 1982, as Controller for Long Island City-based Jackson Communications, a division of T.F. Jackson, and brought 10 years of professional experience in the field of finance to the role. He served in positions of increasing responsibility and became president before joining Forest as Vice President and Controller for Forest Datacom Services, the company's voice and data communications cabling division. In 1991, he became Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of Forest Electric.
In 1995 Steve took on the added responsibility of running Forest Datacom Services. He assumed his current position in 2006.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Herbert H. Lehman College.
