Ashley provides the end-to-end value clients need to help them confront today's tough energy and other facilities challenges. His responsibilities include working with sales personnel to conceptualize the options that will best meet clients' objectives, designing effective, high-performance systems, and handling all scheduling, budgeting and other project management tasks. When a project is finished, he participates in the commissioning process by ensuring that the appropriate documents have been prepared and that all equipment and systems are working properly. The result is projects completed on-time and within budget to standards that meet clients most demanding expectations.

Expertise
After spending four years as a technician at Southern Heating and Air Conditioning, Ashley attended Ferris State, where he earned a bachelor's degree in HVAC engineering and an associate degree in mechanical engineering. He then joined EMCOR Services Aircond as a design engineer.

Ashley also holds an associate degree in HVAC from Fayetteville Technical Institute and is currently completing another bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

A LEED-accredited professional, Ashley has been designated a certified energy manager (CEM) by the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), of which he is also a member. In addition, he is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

The Personal Side
Outside of work, Ashley plays basketball and engages in physical conditioning activities. He also enjoys traveling to new places.
