Value Delivered
Greg ensures that his company delivers the kind of high-quality projects clients need to successfully address a broad array of operating and business objectives. Working with his team of estimators, project managers and technical professionals, he helps identify the best opportunities for applying the firm's single-source electrical contracting capabilities to client's demanding challenges. He also reviews projects' specifications and drawings, ensuring that all parties thoroughly understand the scope of work involved. In addition, he assesses the technical skills, materials and other resources required to do the job properly. Once a proposal is ready, he reviews it with the client to be sure it's the solution they want and need. As projects move forward, he oversees monthly meetings to evaluate progress, discuss significant issues that need to be addressed and assign action items. Throughout the process, Greg's attention to detail, broad base of experience and solid client relationship skills help ensure smooth and efficient project completion with high levels of customer satisfaction.
