Frank oversees the company's construction projects by providing customers with timely, cost-effective and high quality solutions. By helping owners and general contractors with both new equipment installations and retrofits, Frank ensures customer expectations are exceeded. He also brings leading-edge knowledge and practices that enable an efficient, expert response to our customers needs, and manages compliance with standards and regulations to minimize risk and maximize safety.
Expertise
Frank has a proven track record as a leader and a dedication to operational excellence. Prior to joining EMCOR, Frank had profit and loss responsibility for the commercial projects, sales, and service operations of United Technologies-Carrier in Northern New England. Previous assignments with Carrier included roles in pre-sales engineering and project management, where he managed the highest project volume in New England. Frank also served as the Project Leader for a Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement program for Carrier's New England Area.
Previous to his HVAC experience, Frank served for eight years as an engineer officer in the US Army. Culminating as a company commander, Frank's assignments included duty in Bosnia, Korea, and Central America.
Frank holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Villanova University and a MBA from Fairfield University. He is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) and Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

Frank enjoys spending time with his family, including his son and daughter. He also is actively involved in sports and community activities.
