Zach ensures that his clients achieve the kind of high-performance operation they need to meet today's complex and demanding energy and environmental challenges. Working closely with Mesa's engineering, estimating, project management and field teams, he creates practical, whole-system design, construction and operation solutions that address each application's unique requirements on time and within budget. With his strong "customer-first" mentality, Zach consistently builds long-term customer relationships that focus on each party's mutual success.

Expertise
Zach's 14 years of HVAC industry experience began in 1994, when he was hired as a commercial inside salesperson for Valair, the Carrier distributor in Fresno, California. Three years later, he moved to Sacramento as an outside sales engineer with Carrier. In 2005, he joined York International's Engineered Systems Group, where he earned the 2006 Northern California MVP award for his substantial contribution to the group's success. As a result, his experience base spans mission-critical defense contractor facilities, multi-building K-12 schools, high-density data centers and more. Recently, his extensive expertise and strong customer focus were key factors in securing a national sole-source equipment, maintenance and operations contract with a major high-density data center certified for 99.999% uptime.

A LEED-accredited professional, Zach is a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), the California Society of Healthcare Engineering (CSHE) and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He is also a mentor with the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).

The Personal Side
Zach and his wife, Rachel, are the parents of a new baby boy. In addition to their family, he and his wife enjoy traveling and playing with their Doberman pinscher, Allie.
