We installed all industrial HVAC and plumbing systems for the 70,000 square-foot building, which was designed for LEED certification, renovated for use as a research laboratory, consisting of five floors with a mechanical penthouse.
The LEED construction project involved the base building HVAC and plumbing systems, as well as all required mechanical systems for this state-of-the-art lab. The LEED construction project included a reverse osmosis system, processed water efficiency, lab gases, natural gas, steam and condensate, chilled and heated water, sanitary waste and vent, steam hot water heaters, refrigerant piping, vacuum and sewage ejector pump packages, changeover/bypass variable air system, fan coil, cabinet and unit heater, power ventilators, reheat coils, radiant panels, and lab fixtures.
