EMCOR was awarded a mechanical and electrical (M&E) construction contract to install all power, lighting, facility structured cabling and life safety systems (fire detection system, sprinklers system) for a new 650,000 square foot office expansion project for Kirkland & Ellis LLP in downtown Chicago, Illinois.
EMCOR installed and constructed a complete lighting and power system throughout the new office facility, which consists of 23 office floors, two conference and meeting room floors, and a data center with its own normal and emergency power distribution system.
EMCOR also completed the build out of a category 6 copper and laser enhanced fiber optic network infrastructure system.
