Seattle Metro Transit Center, Washington
Mechanical and Electrical Construction Services
EMCOR upgraded the mechanical and electrical systems for Washington's Seattle Metro Transit's Central Base Facility and Revenue Processing Center, a 22-acre complex that maintains and houses a fleet of nearly 400 buses.
EMCOR's mechanical construction team provided new radiant heating, lighting, and bus exhaust and HVAC systems for the Central Base Facility office and shop areas.
EMCOR also provided a new HVAC system and service lighting package in the Revenue Processing Center and a gas-fired hot water boiler and chiller system; increased the building's natural gas pressure and installed associated piping; seismically protected piping and equipment; and provided, modified, and repaired electrical systems and roofing to accommodate all contract improvements.
