Vice President, Human Resources
As Vice President, Human Resources for EMCOR Group, Lisa is responsible for developing and directing integrated programs for the employees of EMCOR’s 80+ companies. She establishes strategic policies and programs that maximize the company’s investment in our employees and provides expertise, thought leadership, and best practices in all areas of Human Resources. She joined EMCOR in 2003 as Director, Employee Benefits.
Lisa is responsible for all employee program implementation, communication, and management, including the company’s benefits, retirement, and capital accumulation plans.
Additionally, Lisa is responsible for HR compliance with benefit and employment regulations, EMCOR’s executive leadership training programs, employee development opportunities provided through our employee learning center, EMCOR’s recruiting system, and all HR-related employee communications. She also determines the strategy for integrating the employees of each newly acquired company into EMCOR’s Human Resources programs.
Lisa has over 35 years of experience in Human Resources, including 16 years with EMCOR. After joining EMCOR in 2003 as Director, Benefits, she became Sr. Director, Compensation and Benefits in 2008 and was appointed Vice President, Human Resources in 2012. Her career began in human resources with a union manufacturing company, where for 10 years she held various positions. She then went on to join a scientific instrument/biotech company, where she worked for a number of years before joining EMCOR.
Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wagner College. She has also undertaken additional coursework in various areas of Human Resources, including Labor Relations and Executive Compensation.

Lisa enjoys boating and fishing and spending time with her family.
