Responsibility

All employees are responsible for timely reporting any violations of the Code of Ethics.

  • If you are unclear about a certain ethical situation, you need to speak to your supervisor/manager or your Human Resources representative
  • Reporting a violation or a suspected violation is not seen as disloyal and will not result in retaliation
  • Retaliation is against the law and against Company policy.
